Draining Girdle

3 of Set: Astral Absorption — While taking damage, you will begin to subtly drain the energy of your attackers. If you are reduced below 75% health, this stored energy will explode forth, damaging all nearby enemies for 21,795 arcane damage, and shielding you from 103,225 damage for 4s. If reduced below 25% health, additional energy will burst forth, dealing 43,590 to all nearby enemies, as well as stunning them for 2s. Additionally, this second burst will heal nearby party members for 194,684 health. Each of these effects may only occur every 10s.
